The Alberta Municipal Clerks Association (AMCA) is a registered non-profit society.  The Association offers its membership to Municipal Clerks, Returning Officers, and other comparable municipal officials.The Association provides a forum for exchange of ideas among the municipalities of Alberta, a means for presentation of suggested amendments in legislation affecting Municipal Clerks’ functions to the senior government, and a fraternal link for the promotion of mutual understanding and fellowship among the members.  The AMCA works in conjunction with other organizations whose objective is the betterment of local government administration.
