Council Requests

    I'm wondering if any municipalities have any kind of electronic request system or procedures (or otherwise) when the Mayor or Council is asked to correspond to a request, send invitations, attendance at events, participation in meetings etc? If you have a system in place, I would appreciate knowing how you track requests coming in from other departments and how you manage those actions. Thanks!
