The Legal and Legislative Advisor supports Sturgeon County’s legal, governance, and legislative functions by providing administrative, research and coordination support. The position assists with legal administration, invoice tracking and the management of the County’s legal repository to promote accuracy, cost control and efficient use of external legal services. It also supports access and privacy compliance, serves as the Secretary to the Assessment Review Board and the Subdivision Development Appeal Board and provides backup support for Council meetings and municipal elections.
