Designed for both IT and RIM Professionals, this two-day seminar is an intense, workshop-oriented treatment of municipal recordkeeping using modern EDRMS systems such as Microsoft SharePoint and OpenText Content Server. IT attendees will learn the recordkeeping science they need to understand, RIM attendees will learn what they need to know about EDRMS, and both will learn how to apply this knowledge to real-world records-compliant solutions for EDRMS.
