"Black & White & Shades of Grey" Virtual Session - Hosted on Zoom

The Executive is excited to announce another upcoming virtual session! Please register today to join in on a virtual session hosted by Tim Mowrey, Deputy City Clerk, Governance and Protocol Services, and Trish Zimmerman, Coordinator, Citizen Recognitions and Protocols, City of Calgary, as we talk about protocol.  Protocol requires strong policies and procedures to be effective, but equally requires flexibility, nuance, and planning.  The City of Calgary will review how this is done in their Protocol team, highlighting things such as flags, proclamations, events, and planning for the Demise of the Crown.
